**Dispense** ======== ======== **How to Enable – Dispense Feature** ------------------------------------ Step 1 – Go to Config and enable the feature (Admin only) 1. Click on your Username in the top right-hand corner 2. Select Admin Settings 3. On the Admin Navigation Bar select Configs 4. Scroll to the Features section and search for the Dispense button 5. If “No” is displayed on the button, click it and change it to “Yes” 6. Click the Update Button to save 7. Close the Admin Panel ---------------------------------------------------------------- **How the Feature Works** ------------------------- Step 1 – Create the Dispense Transaction 1. From the navigation bar, select Dispense button 2. Then click the “Add Dispense” button in the top right-hand corner 3. Search and add items to be dispensed 4. Once all items are added to the cart, select the from Location and add quanties 5. Then click the Dispense button to create dispense ---------------------------------------------------------------- Step 2 – Edit the Dispense Transaction 1. Only Change and update default date if all items on the dispense are for that specific date 2. On each selected item, a. Enter the quantity b. Select the location/cost centre the item is being dispensed to c. Enter the reference d. Select the date target 3. Click the Update button to save 4. If you need to dispense one of the items to another location/cost centre, click the add button located to the far right of the item 5. When the additional line is added for the item, apply all the information mentioned in step #2 6. Click the Update button to save 7. Repeat from steps 4 to 6 until you have added all the required line items for the items being dispensed. 8. Once you have entered all your data and verified it is correct, click the process button. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Addition Actions** -------------------- 1.
